- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Certain products, such as personal-use items or those marked as final sale, may not be eligible for return.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method, which in our case is Cash on Delivery (COD). Refunds will be issued as store credit, replacement, or alternative arrangements depending on the situation.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for the correct one at no additional cost.
